Why this line

Matte that stays matte

Matte film fails by going patchy: one fuel spill, one bird dropping, and you have a permanent gloss spot. The MATTE top coat is cross-linked for chemical resistance so the flat finish survives contact with the things cars actually meet.

  • 7.5 mil total, satin-flat finish
  • Cross-linked matte top coat, chemical resistant
  • ΔE ≤ 1.5, no gloss shift after cleaning
  • Same Ashland adhesive as the clear lines
  • 7-year warranty
Warranty scope

Eight failure modes, 7 years.

Registered against the roll code, so the claim follows the car rather than the shop that installed it.

  • Water spots and rain marks
  • Adhesive failure at the edge
  • Cracking and crazing
  • Bubbling under the film
  • Delamination of the top coat
  • Staining that will not wash out
  • Loss of gloss on the panel
